I've got a killer headache today! I have become so annoyed with people sitting around and talking about all of those reality shows (Mr. Personality is the flavour of the week) that my head is ready to blow up!

What is it that about these shows that appeals to people? Do they have so little in their lives that these things excite them? Would someone care to enlighten me?

I suppose that I am just becoming accustomed to having turned the telly off.
